I want to start taking biotin for my hair. Can you please tell me what brand and dosage gave you the best results. Have anyone took Freeda or Puritin Pride?

I have heard a lot of good things about Freeda's Biotin. They have some up to 10mg. I have read on other osts that some people may switch from Puritan Pride to Freeda because of it's potency. But see for yourself to make sure is it good for you.

For me, I'm going with Freeda.

Ive tired Freeda. It works well.

Freeeda is the brand I use. It is very potent. I think you can get good results with at least 5 mg.
