Hey All :)
I have been taking Freeda Biotin (10mg) for about 4 weeks now, I have been seeing great results, but I don't want my body to get use to it and then have it stop working. So due to the fact that I only have one dosage, I plan on taking a break from the biotin for a week or so. Do you ladies think this is a good idea?? or is there no such thing as the body getting used to vitamins/minerals...Also, after what amt. of time should i take the break? 4,5 or 6 weeks?
Thanks ladies ...I appreciate it!

Hi Jenny...

If you are taking a women's multi-vitamin everyday, it too has Biotin.

I agree about your body becoming "used" to Biotin supplements.

I stopped seeing results long before I began using MTG.

I am going to take a break, too.
