Christelyn,

I am praying for little Emma.

My youngest sister was born in early September when she was due in late November. But that little angel came through. She is now a healthy, strong, and VERY TALL 9 year old, soon to be 10! She is one of the best learners in her class, and is hindered only by what my mother won't allow her to do.

I am praying for equal healing and good health for baby Emma. I also pray for you and your peace as a new mom, and a grieving daughter. You are sincerely in my heart and prayers.

Much love and peace to you Christelyn.

Dear Lord Jesus, we come to you right now. In need of your up lifting and in need of your kind words Dear Lord. We seek your guidenss and your blessings. We praise you for giving us this lovely little child and we praise you for the warm hearts that this child brings. Please be with this child and never leave its side. Give the mother hope and calm her fast beating heart. You can do anything that we ask of you Drear Lord and we ask of you to heal her child. Lord this WE pray in your son Jesus name, Amen.

God bless you and your family. Please know that I am holding you and baby Emma in prayer, and will continue to do so. Thank you, God, for blessing and sustaining little Emma as she makes a full recovery.

Christelyn, my nephew was born at 20-something weeks, just under two pounds, and we were so scared. Last Tuesday, we celebrated his 23rd birthday, and I can't tell you how proud I am of this strong, healthy, intelligent, and handsome young man whose life started so precariously. I know that Emma's future will be just as bright. ((HUGS))

Your OP made me tear up. I cannot imagine what you are going through right now. I'm praying for Emma. I'm praying for you. I'm praying for your family, especially your other children. I pray that all of you, including little Emma, make it through this time of difficulty and emerge from this situation stronger.

In addition to the support you're getting from LHCF, I hope you will seek out premie mother support groups. I'm sure the feeling that this has been thrust upon you is something that many other mothers have experienced and are experiencing right now. Maybe this commonality of experience will help you realize that your feelings are not wrong or strange and help you deal with the adversity that you're currently encountering.

Please know that Emma is in my thoughts.

I will definately keep you, your family, and Emma in prayer, but I think she will be just fine. Reading about how she came to be despite your efforts not to have become pregnant just suggest how she is truely a fighter and she'll fight her way thru this!
