KeraCare First Lather is the only clarifying shampoo that I've used and it doesn't leave my hair feeling overly stripped.
This is what I use as well.
Co-signing1 tbsp Baking soda with 8oz of h20

Suave Daily Clarifying Shampoo works great for me. I love cones, so I have to make sure I chisel that stuff off of my hair on a regular basis.
