Ok so i got all these other regimens down but not one for braids. I wear mostly micro braids all the time and i end up not doing anything to them because i dont to mess them up and they also feel dry! so tell me what i can do
edit*
i also need one for sewn in's because i want to start wearing those

oooh I wanna know about that too 'cause I wear braids a lot and also considering a sew in. I wash my hair once a week with braids because it itches but other than that I just leave it alone.

I have amla oil...can I use that to moisturize?

Co- wash 2-3 times a week. Put some cheap conditioner in a bottle and dilute with water and pour over scalp. Use fingertips to massage scalp. Follow with a rinse of acv and water to prevent buildup. Spray daily with braid spray (I prefer sulfur 8).

Once a week wash with shampoo using the method above with the spray bottle. Apply whatever aid to scalp on wash day.

Use a microfiber hair towel to dry so it will catch most of the water.

When removing, put cheap conditioner and water in a spray bottle and saturate the braid. Use fingers first to work out any tangles or buildup and add more conditioner if needed. Then follow with a bone comb. I do this in sections and then apply castor oil and loosely braid that section.

After all the braids are out, wash, protein treatment and then moisture. Let hair dry in braids and then pull back into a loose bun. Wear like that for a week or 2 before re-applying braids. HTH Q
