If I recive the wrong item in my package....

I didn't vote because I didn't see the choice I'd do and have done. I ask that they ship the correct item immediately and they pay to have the incorrect item to be sent back to them. Nine times out of ten the incorrect item is something I wouldn't use. I ordered some coconut oil and flax seed oil and they sent me Jason's organic shampoo(I don't use shampoo anymore :nono:). I sent the package back COD and they sent my correct items to me.

I've never had this problem with them...I don't know, depending on what it was, I might not care as long as I got to keep the item received and dollar for dollar it was the same value. If the money is credited, it can just be re-ordered. That's a tough one and my mood would probably determine my response.


I still like beautyofnewyork. I just reorder the product a day ago but I know they had the product. They just rather credit back then send the order I need.
