PJ Anon Room 2505 in the YMCA Building Across the Street from Greater Glory Church

I had fun with that title!

The signs says PJ's enter here with all your stuff and confess, so I walked in....Confession? I dunno, am I turning into a PJ? erplexed But I'll start the meeting off just to get some of those tea cakes on the back table....

Here is what I have bought in the last ummm 3 weeks

I have been using the Aveda Smooth Infusions Line (both Liters) since June maybe? I like it, I really do.

I then added the Nexxus Phyto Humectin Conditioner (Liter)

I then added Profectiv Daily Leave in creme to replace Elasta QP M. Butter.

Next, we have more Infusium 23. I don't even use this anymore, but I grabbed some anyway.

Okay, now I'm definately feeling like Linsey Lohan but with hair products.

Next again, we have 32 oz of Raw Mango Butter and Shea Butter with Almond oil mix.

16 oz of pure jojoba oil and 16 oz. sweet almond oil

A small bottle of Amla oil that I paid to get shipped from INDIA! I got it a month later, by that time I was already on Vatika oil.

Then, we have oh Lacio, Lacio. 4 bottles

2 boxes of Mizani Butter Blend Relaxer

The ENTIRE line of Eyliss horse shampoo, conditioner, mist and mega tek.
Okay now I'm getting quizzy!

Some Italian hair anti-aging products along with some hair mask. I only used the mask once, the other stuff is some where around here.

And TODAY, I walked my *** across the street again to the Italian salon and walked out with the Kerastase Oleo Relax line!

Am I the ONLY one in this meeting?

My hair is fine, I don't have breakage, my hair is at it's best it has even been length wise and all. But I keep on buying crap!

Can I have a tea cake now?

I definitely need to be all up and through this meeting. Dh and I just got back from Walmart because he *suggested* that since my hair products have taken over both bathrooms, one linen closet, most of the space under the bed and starting on a small portion of our girls closet that I get organized. I foolishly bought ONE cart and of course don't have room for all of my goodies. I filled that up and only made a tiny dent in my "warehouse".

It's bad but I LOVE it

*trying to slip in unnoticed--grabbing a tea cake ---- with huge pink bag on my shoulder filled with my products from the last 3 weeks or so...**


First it started a few weeks ago with everybody hyping up the Hair2Heaven End All. I just HAD to get some, due to the company going on hiatus for the month of August!!

oh how WOULD I get by without this product?!! So I bought two jars. I've only used it two or three times since receiving it. erplexed

I started researching various oils shortly thereafter, and somehow, I ended buying some rosemary oil and jojoba oil---as well as the infamous avocado butter that everyone seems to love!

After that, things just started spiraling out of control.



Early, last week, my air was out in my house, so while the repair men were fixing it....I went shopping. At Sallys.
I bought some Roux Porosity Control, a few packs of HAIR protein packs, a bag of plastic bags, and some ORS Hair Mayo.


When I got home, I started reading the thread about the Eqyss products. Well, me being nosey----and also being the pj that I am, I started researching the rebuilder and found that it was safe for human hair.

So--I went to Petsmart, and bought 5 bottles of MegaTek Rebuilder. But this wasn't too bad, because I got them at half price! That was okay--right?!

I also visited Sickbay---purchased some La Bomba and Emergencia. Shippin is always superfast --which REALLY isn't good news for a pj!

I then logged onto vitacost.com---purchased Giovanni Direct Leave In, and some J/A/S/O/N's Kelp Shampoo and Conditioner...

I'm sick of my auburn henna'ed hair, and decided to go jet black. So I ordered some indigo from hennaforhair. (Catherine is the best btw!! )--but I don't think that's good news for a pj either......


Went to Walmart yesterday---and for some reason, I ALWAYS end up in the hair section.
So I bought some SCurl.

Today is just Wednesday.

I have lost my mine lately. I was doing sooo good this summer but when I get stressed, I shop. After a few fights with the boyfriend, my parents and my sisters bridezilla self I treated myself to some retail therapy.

First Stop, Sallys

I got more rollers, clips, two shower combs, clariol jazzing in clear, ors mayo, ors foam wrap, wild growth oil, proclaim tea tree reconstructor packets(3), and I got profectiv growth lotion.

At Kmart

Garnier Frutics smooth and shine conditioner, leave in cream, serum, sunsilk hydra care shampoo and conditioner, Nexxus keraphix, color ensure conditioner, Suave humectant conditioner, vo5 strawberries and cream and extra body conditioner, head and shoulders smooth and silky shampoo, queen helene cholesterol

CVS

More pantene breakage defense mask (2 jars), castor oil(just got this last night), smooth and shine conditioner packets(2), chi silk infusion serum

Terrible I know.

I confessed to my hubbie, he was all concerned like someone died as I was trying to explain my last purchase...He was like "what, what, it's okay, tell me..." I said honey, It's okay that I went to the store and got some hair stuff right? He was like well not really if you purchased it at the Italian grocery store. You didn't do that did you? I should lied and said yes, then maybe he would have felt sorry for me! But when I told him I went back to the salon....He paused is PS3 game was like okay, now we need to talk! So, okay! my puppie dog eyes didn't work nor did my slight, slight, slight watery eye like tear. I'm officially putting myself on restriction from buying new products! He wasn't mad but he was like....You need Jesus Hon, fo real!

I like it too. I noticed you bought the Keratase(sp) relaxer. What happened with the Mizani BB? Did you like it or have you even used it yet? I think I read that you were 2 weeks post when you went to the salon right?

Oh to answer your question-I don't know what to do other than stop shopping and join a use it up challenge or something. I really have enough stuff but when I see my favs on sale or hear a rave, I just want to buy it or try it

I was all ready to order some MTG when my DH looked over my shoulder and saw that it was for horses. I told him that the LHCF ladies recommended it and that it stunk but would make my hair grow longer and he said that it was bad enough that I now sleep with a jheri curl cap on my head and that he was drawing the line at me smelling funky too. So after he went to bed I ordered some sulphur powder to make my own MTG. I also bought some MSM, scurl, three different Luster conditioners, Suave Humectant shampooo and conditioner, ORS hair mayo, sulfur 8, castor oil, wonder 8 oil, hot six oil, CON poo, 3 spray bottles and ORS olive oil. I am thinking about ordering some glycerin, mango butter and silk amino acids.

The worst thing is that I am on a diet and can't have a tea cake.

No, I bought the Kerastase Oleo Relax line, it's a poo, con and serum that is similar to Aveda Smooth Infusions, but better IMO. BUT, B-U-T, it's not natural like Aveda. But I bought it anyway. I plan on mixing the two together and seeing what I get.

Yes, am about 2-3 weeks post when I went to the salon. Big difference from my post pictures see the most recent on dated 7/25 in my fotki.

The Kerastase is the last line I buy, promise

Now where's that use it up support room.....**walking out with another piece of cake**

I'm putting myself on restriction! I'm vowing not to purchase anymore spur of the moment products---or any other products that you guys are raving about on this board! Well...I'll try.. unless it's on sale...

But my pj spree wasn't all that bad! I'm narrowing down all of my products and am about to have a list of my 'staple' items! SOMETHING good has come out of this madness!

That means soon--I WILL be creating a list in the exchange forum to get rid of some of this stuff.

I shall do better. I WILL do better!!
