Thanks Ladies for the PM's and the compliments.....My hair is so healthy b/c of all of you.....and I would have to give credit to my husband for being in shape...He is a Bodybuilder and helps me with what to eat and what exercises to do ....April 1st we start training for summer...And having all boys keeps me active....Like today after church the family is going to the beach to ride bikes ....:lachen::lachen:Lord knows... I don't want to..but hey it's a family activity and its free :yep:
 
Can we have some exercise/food tips too. Dang! I wish i had your body.
