photoshop help

i see lots of people with before/after comparison shops can anyone tell me how to do this with photoshop. i tried the collage method but cant see all of both pics. thanks

You need to make the "canvas" size larger in order to fit both pics.

You can also copy, cut, and paste the pictures you want to compare in Microsoft Word. Once you have them side by side you can highlight them (copy) and then paste them in Paint, the program that is in Accessories. It places them side by side and allows you to add wording to your pictures and whatever else you want. I use this method since Photoshop is soft of confusing!
