Peculiar People

[Zeal]

1 Peter 2:9

But ye [are] a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, an holy nation, a peculiar people; that ye should shew forth the praises of him who hath called you out of darkness into his marvellous light:

I just had to share with you all that today I found out that I "really am" peculiar. Some of you may gasp! Some of you may think this is funny.

But it was strange for me. This morning before I left for work there were crows cawing out side. I don't usually hear crows. They were getting louder and louder. There had to be at least 10 of them. I was saying to myself. "Those crows are getting their praise on!" The next thing I know, I was saying aloud, Get your praise on crows! Get your praise On! That's right crows get your praise on!"

The next thing before I realized what I was doing, I had joined in .

I was not cawing, but I was standing in the middle of my livingroom floor waving my hands and saying Hallelujah!!!

Yep I sure was.

I think I got caught up or something. Because I was like what am I doing?

That is my weird story for today

Good story to share. You have become more in tune to the God in you which is great. We get stronger and stronger and wiser and wiser all by His grace and love for us. I just love being a child of King and every level I grow and get closer to Him I am so in tune to what is going on around me which gives me even great peace and respect for God. Praise Him for He is truly worthy to be praised.

WOW, nice story Zeal. I get this way with the full moon. I always notice it and comment on it every day when it is full. This is one of the most beautiful things that I have every seen. And I always say, thank you Lord, for the beauty that you surround us with. When I am with others, (not family, cause they know how I am about the moon) they are like "What? It's just the moon!", and they give me the strangest looks. But, it reminds me never to take anything for granted!

Thank you LORD! For everything in this earth that you have blessed us with that is an example of your perfect, beautiful, complete love for us. I am mindful of your grace and mercy everyday and I will always be mindful of it and You and never take it for granted!
