Has anyone seen the Payless Shoes BOGO commercial where the woman is calling for BOGO at the patio door?

She has cutest natural hairstyle and I'm trying to figure out how it's done. I'm guessing it's layered all the way around to lay like that. What do you think?
 
I thought that I was the only one checking out her hair and not the shoes being advertised.
