Saw the email today for the new hair steamer that will be releasing on October 10th. I have and really like the blow dryer with it's wide tooth comb attachment. I'm looking forward to this.

This steamer definitely piques my interest. I was expecting it to be similar in design to other steamers so I like that it is handheld. I am also interested in their blow dryer.

I haven't seen a price for it... hoping it's not more than what the blow dryer costs which is $190.

I used to have the big steamer on the stand that was so popular a few years ago. I haven't steamed in forever.

The steamer shipped yesterday and arrived today. I'm pleasantly surprised. I wasn't expecting it so quickly. I'll open the box tonight and maybe test it out tomorrow.

Looking forward to your review. Unfortunately I am a bit skeptical to use steamers as they have ruined my curl pattern and caused me more frizziness in the past.

Just watched this but the first video I watched was of someone using it last night. I didn't realize the hair vlogger was going to feature it until they popped out with it; I didn't read the description beforehand. I guess I didn't pay attention to the thumbnail either since I was watching on my phone.



The Pattern demo starts at about 6:28 if you want to skip. I will be honest and say that her demo left a lot to be desired. It seems like there wasn't much steam coming out. The Pattern video you linked showed a better demo but I am still a bit "meh" on it at this time.
