Monday the 27th I received my Huetiful hair steamer in the mail . . Me being etremely happy and excited I decided to use it right away. So without hesitation I got out my deep conditioner and applied it to my dry hair and sat under the steamer for about 25 mins. After rinsing the conditioner out of my hair I fell in love with this steamer!! My hair was unbelievably soft . . moisturized and soooo easy to detangle. But here is where it took a turn for the worst! After my [beautiful] hair experience I decided to use the facial attachment and at first I was loving the misty steam blowing on my face but then about 5mins into it the Huetiful abruptly shut off ! I thought that perhaps the water had run out so I checked it, and yes it was a little low so i refilled and I thought everything would still be good to go , not the case. My steamer would not turn on for the rest of the night! Through my great frustration and not knowing what was wrong I started to think maybe this thing just needs a break so I left it alone. . . .Today which is Friday the 31st I decided to put it together ,not to steam my hair or face, but just to see if this thing had any life in it. I am sorry to say no it did not!! I am very dissapointed ! I don't know what caused this and just about 5mins ago I called the company and received no answer (I was sent to voice mail!) Now I want a soloution , a new product or my dang money back !!
I've had mine for 5 months and it's still working great (I use it 2-3 times per week)! I only use it with distilled water. It might be a technical problem. Call them after the holiday season and I'm sure they'll send you a new one
