i am running low on BSP and wanted to know if Nourish and Shine is similar? i really love BSP.. it seals very well and doesn't leave my hair dry.

First lets compare the consistency - BSP is a lot creamier in texture than the JC - its easier to work with and the JC is just like shea butter - you really have to scoop some out and rub it around.
Next, smell. BSP smells a lot better. JC doesnt stink but its not a sweet or familiar smell.
Last results. BSP lays down my edges and I can seal with it and use it on my ends when they are feeling rough. JC does not do anything for my edges but it does promote shine and I can seal with it. BSP is a pomade and JC is a butter. JC is a lot more expensive but it lasts forever and u only need a little. I personally prefer BSP but it depends on what you need the product to do for you! In a nutshell, they are not similar!
