motions cpr is really great. it stops breakage in its tracks. i think this is the only thing with protein that doesn't make my hair start to act out.

MOTIONS CPR without a doubt. I deep conditioned 2 weeks ago for the 1st time without it, my hair was nasty, crunchy and ugly. It took me 1 hour to detangle and ALOT of hair came out in the process. Went back to my cpr this weekend.....voila, my hair is back and it was basically detangled for me. I LOVE this stuff!!!!!!! Trying all of these products and turns out the best conditioner for my hair cost $5.99...I LOVE IT!!!!!

so is it safe to use the strong CPR every other week? or should I alternate between the CPR reconstructor and the strong CPR that comes in the jar?

It's weird, the poll says the majority likes ORS but the thread seems to say otherwise! I have a question though, is everybody who uses CPR using the treatment in the jar or the reconstructor in the bottle? I used to use the CPR in the jar all the time, may have to revisit to help with breakage! :yep:

OMG...after reading through this thread yesterday, for some reason I had a sudden urge to go out and purchase ORS Hair mayo...i deep conditioned with it last night, and omg y'all...my hair felt soooo good, no tangles, it had elasticity, VERY little breakage in the shower, it was heavenly...now my hair is air-dried and its extremely soft and supple...I haven't used this treatment in years, and i don't know why I stopped in the first place...this may just become a new protein staple for me!

Motions CPR. I love it, breakage stops and it smells great. The only thing I hate about it is those little tree bark bits that I have to continuously rinse out of my hair (they have not stopped me from repurchasing though).

exactly. Motions CPR is great but I always have trouble getting all of those bits out of my hair! :wallbash: For this reason I'm currently using ORS mayo because I just don't feel like having to deal with all of the rinsing.

I use the CPR in the bottle, so I dont have to deal with the bits. I voted for cpr, because my hair was double processed I had color and I was relaxed bone straight and i was not taking care of my hair the way I should. This help save my hair from complete breakage. I have pictures to prove it .

I've tried and like both.

but ORS mayo > motions CPR for me.

the ORS mayo doesn't have as many twigs as the CPR

I have both, and use both, love both but in different ways. I like ORS Hair mayo because it is a gentler than the Motions CPR, but since u said your hair is over-processed, I would go w/ Motions. It does stop breakage and really strengthens your hair.
