Motions CPR help

Hello Ladies
Quick question. Which motions CPR do you use the on in the bottle that says CPR Protein Reconstructor or the one in the Jar that says something like treatment. I really need help because i planned on buying some this weekend.

I used the kind in the jar that resembled a relaxer, Itt really worked, for me I noiced the difference after the 3rd use instead of 1st, question what are you using if for breakage?

When I used Motions I always used the one in the jar. It worked great for breakage. The reconstructer is new so I never got to try it.

yup i'm using it for breakage. So it seems as if the one in the jar is the best for breakage.
