I co-wash every other day right now. I'm sure I'll step that up to daily once I'm natural.

ETA: Oh ... and I deep condition once a week using the Aveda DR line.

No I didn't use any growth aids, but it took me a year to obtain my growth (from March 1, 2007 until now).

I actually did a BC on my bangs back in December, so they're the only thing on my head that's 100% natural right now (that's why they're so short). I'm growing my bangs out (I've had bangs since I was 9 years old, so it's time to let them go).
