WOW, what was your regimen and what products do you use? Your hair was always on point before and after.:yep:

I posted my "routine" (it isnt much of a routine) on page 1, I'm kind of ashamed to repost it because its so ridiculously boring but here it is.

"As for a routine. I don't try to do to much to my hair at all.
Everyday I co-wash by soaking my hair for about a min under running water, the water seems to detangle my hair better than i ever could.
Then wash scalp and soak my hair in conditioner, I let it sit for about 2 mins then finish detangling with wide tooth comb.
Rinse hair, but I do not rinse all the conditioner out. I leave enough in to keep my hair moisturized.
style in wash in go using fingers, or ponytail it.
Thats it

As for product I only use one, that's conditioner for my co-washes, come to my house and you'll see conditioner for days in my closet lol. I'm pretty minimalist when it comes to my hair, but it seems to work for me
."

and Ive been doing the same thing since the first time i transitioned in 2005, so I like to believe its the daily co-washing plus less manipulation thats contributed to my growth, since before i did that my hair never grew past shoulder length, and as soon as i started it managed to grow to mbl with almost no problems :)
