Yes ...I think air drying has helped so much with gaining back my thickness...Also learing to detangle correctly ..Starting from the bottom up ...and detangling hair with conditioner..

My last trim was March 08...But I dust my ends every 2 weeks...Thats why I don't need a lot of trims
