I have 6 inches to get to WL and want to know how quickly I'll get there if I keep my end safe, healthy and don't trim.

0.5 inches a month on average= your waistlength 1 year

with growth aides that can get you 1 inch a month=your waistlength 6 months.

1/2 inch, but only about 1/4 is retained WITH good hair habits.

You know, last year I was taking biotin for a little while but it freaked me out because my nails were growing super fast and I don't know how to say this but, it felt like it was growing soo fast because I actually felt like a very slight pain of stretching from my nail beds...is that weird? Well I guess when it comes to WL hair, no pain, no gain!
