Congratulations ladies on the great progress! I'm so happy to see so much healthy hair and growth!

I was soo tempted to give up on the challenge part way through but remained true, I'm inspired to go on the next one for July! I'm currently 7 weeks post retouch and want to stretch 10-12 weeks. I'll probably do my reveal after the 23 of April!

Well for the hair... I had it up in braids for about a month, and since then, I've had it in a bun. I wash once a week (including pre-pooing) and moisturise daily

As for the weight I cut out white bread, pasta, dairy products (minus yogurt) and red meat

I drink at least 2 litres of water a day, and aim to eat at least 3 portions of fruit and veg (5 is too hard ) I workout every day, even if it is for short amount of time

Here it is. lol nothing spectacular but I do see a lil bit of progress yay! My hair still has curl from the flexi/roller set so it's not all laying down.... I'm loving the condition of muh hurr though. YAY! Now I'll begin BT and follow it closely.
