I dont use this as a means to improve my hair growth but my hair growth has improved from this. I am all about health, fitness, and wellness. This product has been a simple and effective way to improve my overall health.

I love this stuff. Its been the best thing I've added to my diet in a well. I became a Pescoterian earlier this year but I'm still not eating my best. So this helps alot! And any if you eat your best, the soil that plants are grown from is depleted of nutrients so you're food still doesnt have all the nutrients it needs for optimal health!

I saw results in about a month. I started using this as just a customer. You can turn it into a business that's why you probably wont find many neutral reviews. I just like it and I'm not really pushing it to sell. I am a health nut so anything natural thats great for your body I become a walking billboard for. I am soon to start trying another liquid vitamin called Zrii. You can google this. I tasted it yesterday and its pretty sweet. Its based on the Ayurvedic ingredients so I'm excited to see what its all about.

One bottle is about $29. Generally people buy 4 bottles and it last one month if you take in 4 oz a day. I buy 2 bottles and take 2 oz a day. I received growth hair growth with just that so my next order I'm gonna kick it up to 4 bottles.

Its mixed. I like the taste and depends on your body's pH. You can taste the black cherry and aloe vera strong. My dad, he has HIV (so poor pH level), likes the taste. He says it taste like cherry coke to him. My mom's boyfriend didnt like it but I know his pH is off. My boyfriend likes the test and his pH is almost as good as mine.

I stopped all pills. Everything is about the same. Shampoo once a week, DC once a week, Co-wash every other day or so, Bun or Braidout to style. Very simple. I havent added or substracted anyone new products. I shampoo with CON, conditioner with Kenra and coconut oil, and Co-wash V05 Moisture milks. Moisturize and seal with Rusk Smoothers and Castor oil or coconut oil. I may suffer retention a little bit because I've been slacking on moisturizing my ends, pure laziness. I brought the soft and creamy unrefined shea butter recommended by Traycee. I need something bad.

Ive been busy with work and grad school so I havent been in the gym like i usually am. I'll be starting back tomorrow so I need a good source of protein to help with my body sculpting.

FYI...The reason I say its a good source because the company manufacturing standards are a head of the game. Most places are FDA certified and BBB (easy to get). Not many food businesses are cGMP certified (very strict food handling guidelines). The ingredients they use are organic or all natural. They do not use of inferior ingredients.

I don't use the sn naturalgurl just because I don't relax my hair! I'm a natural nut! LOL! Anything that has ingredients from the sea is USUALLY very on point. I will be taking this. I read your blog and see you take flax, borage and other oils that I take daily. If I could eliminate those and do it with this, that'll be great. It sort of reminds me of this stuff I used to take a few years ago, Garden of Life super green or something like that. I thought I'd never stop taking that stuff. As much as I spend on natural supplements I think I can afford this if I eliminate all of the others. Let's see how it pops!

I overdosed on some vitamins once and it had me on the toilet for hours (TMI, i know). Liquid can be overdosed but you're less likely to do so. I love this stuff.
