I am trying to see if I can do an oil rinse today. I have two questions: How do I do an oil rinse? and Can I use Olive oil?
Please help.

Look for member Sareca, she is the originator of oil rinsing. And her thread should help you out.

Sareca has a huge thread ''titled don't sleep on oil rinses''. you will find all the answers to your questions. I believe you can use any oil you like, you can read up on what oils seem to work the best for those who do them.

Mandy, check SARECA's post go to advanved search put in her name or look down the menu page-it's there.; she has it down. Use amla, coconut, sesame, olive..whatever you have on dry hair, massage it gently to all of your hair..heat cap or just a plastic cap without heat then con-poo or shampoo it out followed by a conditioner. Check Sareca's post for better, detailed info. Good luck.
