Oil Rinses......Huh?

Alright..apparently I'm a little slow cuz I don't get the whole oil rinse thing but I wanna try! Do tell....How do YOU do an oil rinse. Mix up some essential oil's and pour on your head in the shower? If so, how many times a wash.....What oil's do you use? Let me know cuz I'm tryna be down! Lol

There's a really long thread on it around here somewhere...i think it's called "don't sleep on oil rinses" or something like that. Maybe try searching "oil rinse" or "oil rinses"? It should come up.
