Thanks I swear by K.I.S.S. At first I thought I was gonna go nuts with all the products, learning Moisture from Protein, what to seal with. I am not one to jump on the bandwagons.

I studied the regimens/fotki's of the ladies with the same hair type as me who were at/past the goals I was trying to reach tried their products *opposed to the millions on the board* and found what works.

You will find that most the vetrans/ladies with APL/BSL+ hair K.I.S.S. (Keep it Simple Sista)

K.I.S.S. has been working for me also and I'm sticking with it.
