All the other reconstructors has some form of silicone in it. Also which is better, The Mango rinse, or tropical rinse? I will be using it as a final rinse and/or leave-in

Yes. You will definitely love the Renew Protein. Her Reconstructor is also good.

I didn't really see a real difference between the Mango Rinse & the Tropical Rinse (except for the fragrance).

I heard about Redken extreme strength builder plus from the glamtwinz YT channel. I tried to do some research bc i heard it was cheaper then Macadamia Natural oil deep repair treatment but works just as good. how is it ?

I only bought As I Am coconut wash cleanser and I also bought the book Ultra Black Hair Growth II 2000 Edition to do more research on how to properly take care of my hair. I still have to buy peppermint oil. I read from Naturallycurly.com, that if you massage with peppermint oil for 3 minutes before you wash your hair could make ur hair grow an extra inch in a year. hmm interesting.

Prettycoach, I'v been using Redken exteme strength builder for the past several months and it works really well. My hair feels so moisturized afterwards, it almost feels as if I don't need to DC, but I do. I only pay around $13 for it at Penney's. I also like leave in extreme snap. I don't think you'll be disappointed if you try it .
