A much needed wash and deep conditioning

I'm being real lazy with my hair these days. I haven't washed in two weeks since wearing twists for a week, and a twist-out this week

I'm going to have to be real gentle with my hair and pre-poo overnight.
Wash and deep condition with my CON Argan Oil products
I'm at the bottom of the Shea Moisture JBCO deep conditioner mixing it with the bottom of my Mega-Growth deep conditioner.
On the look out for something new, but maybe I'll just stick with the Shea Moisture JBCO. It's not broke, so I may as well stick with something I know works well on my hair.
And back in twists for the upcoming week; done with my shea butter mix.
 
Wash and hot oil treatment. Our weather has taken a crazy turn.. its cold!

Wash day complete.. hot oil mix ( castor,olive,essential oils)
Wash with CON sulfate free
dc w/ one and only argan hydration mask
Leave in...curls blueberry leave it
Completed with 2 strand twists

On Sunday afternoon I will be doing a deep conditioning protein treatment. Haven't had one of those in a long while.

ETA: I will be using Queen Helene Super Cholesterol Treatment mixed with EVOO.

This is the week before my relaxer so I am doing a prep session.

Poo: Annabelles Pre-poo treatment for 15 mins under heat
Clarify: Redken Cleansing Conditioning Creme
Poo: Silk Elements Sulfate Free Poo 2 x
Protein Treatment: Komaza Care Protein Strengthener 30 mins
DC: Naturelle Grow Protein Free DC
Leave-ins: Annabelles/Oil/Naturelle Grow
Heat Protectant: Silk Elements
Dry: Blow dryer
Flat iron: Sedu
 
Right now, dc'ing is not on my list of things to do with my hair this weekend but definitely scalp drops with coffee oil on my scalp and M/S will be in effect. Will update if I change my mind.

:lachen:As predicted, my hair needs some TLC but my body and schedule was against me so last night I diluted some Mielle Babassu DC with hot water, and spritzed and smoothed into my hair. I'll try to wash it tomorrow as I start a new job next week so will no longer have all the time I wanna take in the week to wash my hair lol.
 
I'm so tired. I just got back home from TX at almost midnight last night. I'm still trying to fight off a cold, and I never wash my hair when I think I'm going to catch a cold. I wanted to do my two-step, but I think my hair is going to stay in a high messy bun with a headband until I feel like touching it. I'll consider messing w/ it Monday. It's kinda dirty :look:

Hot Oil Scalp Massage: Amla Cool oil
Exfoliate scalp (didn't do this last week): Brown sugar/olive oil
Shampoo: Shea Moisture JBCO
DC: Qua Organics Tea Tree Healing Masque
L (KCNT) O (Sunflower) C (whipped shea butter)

I plan on trying a braidout using flat-twists ending in braids. I'd kill for a successful braidout. It's already too cold for daily cowashes, especially when I'm travelling a lot those days.

Pre poo with African Pride Preshampoo

Shampoo with Soultanicals Carrot Shampoo Vitamin Dew from the Fall bundle

Deep condition with Soultanicals Chebe Ginger deep conditioner

Rinse with Soultanicals Follicular Rice tonic

Leave in with Taura Amore Macanet Leave in

Twisted one half with Mane Krush Mane tamer and other half with Taura Amore Butter blend

Air dried
 
Decided to dye my hair today
Color: SM bright auburn
Protein: colorful neutral protein filler (mixed in with color)
Shampoo: honey baby naturals some long name moisturizing poo
DC: Honeys handmade mango and monoi
Rinse out/leave in: SSI sugar peach
Oil: apricot
Style: flexi rods to semi straighten
 
Last night

Shampoo: Redken Cleansing Cream
DC: One of TMC Heavenly Halo DCs, wrapped in cling film for 1hr.
Clay: A mix of s.bentonite, rhassoul, kaolin, water, silk amino acids, ACV and hibiscus tea.
Style: Using Shea mix and diluted KCCC.

Braided the top and bunned the rest (baggying my ends and donning a faux puff).
 
My hair is way way overdue for some TLC. DOing the whole shebang.

Prepoo: The last of my aphogee balancing conditioner
Shampoo: Redken hair cleansing creme
Henna: coffee and coconut milk for 5hrs
Protein: Dudley drc-28 with a bit of Neutral Protein Filler
DC: SM manuka with castor oil layered under
Leave-ins: TGIN green tea li, ogx argan oil spray
Stretch: Blowdry with tresemme heat protectant
