Not receiving e-mail notifications

Hi...

I'm not receiving e-mail notification of posts although my account is set up to do so. Today I double checked my account, and the settings appear to still be the same. However, I'm still not receiving notifications. Who should I speak with about correcting this??

The last time I check with one of the Admins here, that feature wasn't working, and it hasn't been fixed yet.
