I've decided to try washing less frequently to help with breakage, and so I'm going to start using heat since I won't have to do it that often. I was wondering how you use heat, and still keep your hair moisturized? I don't want it to revert.

I just use a small amount of Qhemet heavy cream and it dosen't revert my hair at all, it actually makes it smoother and straighter but the key is to not use a lot. Put it in your hands and rub them together then smooth it through your hair.

I wash in-frequently (every 2 weeks) and it is the best way for me. It helps trememdously with breakage and shedding.

I use Constant Care for Ends. It's the perfect product for my ends. The rest of my hair doesn't need anything additional after my wash since I do my hair once a week.
