"Freakish" is the right word. It just doesn't look pretty like that. I like long THICK healthy-looking hair. I'll settle for less than floor length (heck, I'll settle for brastrap!) as long as it's thicker than those ladies! Still, I imagine some men must go crazy about that length of hair (seems more like a fetish, though).
Makes me glad- for once- that my hair has an abundance of texture. If it gets long, I know I can rely on some of that texture to make it look NOT stringy.

ITA. That is way too long for my taste as well. I've never seen hair that long in my life, and I would prefer brastrap/waist length over past the floor length myself. Some of the women did have pretty hair, though, but can you imagine having the routines that we have here (moisturizing, condition wash, protein treatments, etc.) and having to do it for that much hair? They would probably go through a bottle of moisturizer in a week!

Yeah that is some long hair and too much for me, but my daughter would love playing in it, lol.
Hey Amina, I went to a sister funtion in april and we had to get all dressed up in prom gowns and stuff and it was a sister there with hair to her calfs, , I was like oh my, if i could only take a pic., it was too long for me.

What is the point of having hair that touches the floor???? Bizarre if you ask me. And granted I only looked through a handful of the pictures the women that I looked at didn't have any hair qualities to be envied.

ITA about the Asian chick, she is beautiful and so is her hair. I still wouldn't want it that long, though!
