Doesn't it piss you off when people whose hair looks like this give you advice in real life?

Telling you to relax your hair more often, talking about how blacks don't need to wash their hair frequently or how you're using white products and should stick to black products.

SO freaking offensive I tell you. I just stare at their hair like this :perplexed and don't respond. Puhlease.

Having a hard day Barbie it will be just fine take a breather
LOL.

Yes I was annoyed because someone with hair like that gave me unsolicited advice that was not needed. Apparently I wash my hair too much and I'm not white so I shouldn't.

Lol i wouldve just gave her a run down of her hair and when im done she would never mention hair again

Isn't that a member's siggy pic? :look: In any case, I don't let things like that bother me...especially since no one can truly know what's best for my hair except for me .

I'm sorry, I know most people will be polite when met with ignorance, but I just say things in my nice-mean voice.

"Oh really? Are those the things you use for your hair? Well I guess I need to stay away from those products/practices........:look:"

Yes, it is so. annoying. :wallbash:
I find it's most effective to do a nice, slowww, exaggerated scroll to their head (make sure they can see your eyes going there)....linger there for a few seconds....scroll back to their face, smile/smirk and say thanks.

It seems since I've reached MBL (I really need to update my avvie pic:rolleyes:) even when I say things that surprise them most people give me the side-eye for 30 secs then shrug look at my hair and go "you obviously must know what you're talking about" lol
