Yes, my dears, I have been to the mountain top. Last night I established a routine that works wonders. I saved my Serengeti (wild and dry) ends without so much as a snip. I started by wetting my hair with diluted ACV. I then did a conditioner wash and followed with a coating of jojoba oil on the entire length of my hair. I did a rollerset and when I took it down, my hair was soft, smooth, and shiny all the way down the hair shaft. (And did I mention that I have not had a touch up since October?) My curls were defined and crisp without being crunchy. I did a pin set last night and when I took it down this morning, the curls were bouncy and full. Life is good

Sounds great!! So what did you do different? Was it the diluted ACV on the ends? Are you planning to incorporate this into your regular routine now?

I used an old dishwashing liquid (my kids play with it in the tub so I know its clear of all soap)filled it with water and added about 2 tablespoons of ACV and just poured the mixture all over my hair. I intend to make this a part of my routine for as long as it works. My next mission is to mix some essential oils that I can put on my scalp to ensure scalp health and maximize hair growth.
