Newly Natural - Need some tips!

Hi everyone I have resurfaced. /images/graemlins/grin.gif

For those of you who don't know, I did my big Chop July 22. However I have been wearing a twa since then and would like some other styling ideas. My hair is thick and cottony, but when it is braided its shiny. But when I twist it it comes out thick and poofy.

How did you natu /images/graemlins/confused.gifruals get past the 2 inch mark after a BC?

try ur twist small and on dry hair that u have already put ur moisturizers on...i wore a headband at that lenght..an elastic one...i had several colors and designs actually...i didnt learn that my hair doesnt do good with wet hair twists until i had more hair

i've seen comb twists on really short hair i've seen the part and slick down the head band and fro the mini blow out and curl, corn rows in the front fro in the back
