Thank you so much for the wonderful compliment! I thought over the decision back and forth for months before I decided to go ahead and give the relaxer another try. I was really wanting to do something different with my hair that would enable me to go curly/straight as I pleased (and I was sick of all the detangling involved as a natural). I didn't want to completely take away all of my texture, so I found myself a happy medium. I'm still pleased with my decision.

Thanks for the compliments, everyone! I'm over here laughing to myself a little bit because this is the first time that I've ever heard that my hair looks thick!:lol: Before my hair used to be stick straight and very thin-looking (due to overprocessing plus tons of breakage). I'm loving how things can turn around with better hair care practices.

You have beautiful hair! You're at the right place - these ladies are so encouraging and will help keep you on the path :orders: to RETAIN ALL of your length. Seems like your off to a good start.

Welcome. :)

Welcome...you've come to the right place for hair tips. I especially liked your rollerset, it turned out really pretty.

Thanks ladies! I'm still working on perfecting that rollerset though. You would not even believe how long it took me just to put the rollers in.
