Hello Ladies

I am new to this and I need some suggestions. I have 4b hair that is just below the nape of my neck. But probably a little shorter after I get my ends clipped. I currently use Neutrogena T-Sal for my dandruff then I use aveda curresnece shampoo and conditioner afterwards. For a deep contioner I use Motions CPR. This winter I have had a lot of shedding and my hair feels thinner. I use coconut oil for moisturizing. I am looking for a solid regime I am taking prenatal vitamins and relaxing, ever 3-4 months. My first goal is shoulder length, then mid back then waist. So I need sugestions on relaxers I heard Elucene was good, Moisturizing, keeping breaking and shedding at bay.

Thanks

Welcome to the forum! My favorite relaxer is Mizani for sensitive scalp. It works wonders. It leaves my hair soft and silky. My last relaxer was in December...and I didn't have any burning at all. How often do you wash and condition your hair?

BTW, love your quote

I was and condition once a week, I used to so it more but have been so busy I can't always do it more than that. I deep condition once every two weeks.

I also like Mizani Sensitive Scalp Relaxer and I never burn.
I can go 3 months post relaxer with Mizani even though I
use a harsh dandruff shampoo.
You may want to start doing more frquent washes and deep condition once a week and add biotin and msm to regimen.

Welcome!!
