1. Post hair pics in my Fotki

Continued healthy maintenance of my hair, and I am with Divine Inspiration on this one: trying to get a fotki album together (that will be a challenge since I don't have access to a digital camera--or is one necessary?)

Roller set wet hair instead of hot curling dry hair
wash !-2Xs a week-
Trying long stretching of relaxers -3 to 4 months at a time- a first for me
Cure PJism ans stick with what works(yeah, right)
Learn from past mistakes- using a texturizer, using no lye
Daily scalp massages
cliipping my ends can be done myself
Air drying can be done on my hair
let a pro do my hair color:eek: -Let's just say me doing it made me look TO' UP!
Enjoy being flexible with my hair
Finish online pic so you ladies can see my hair
Being positive and look to learning more about my hair.
Low to no heat 1-2X a week after washing
Deep conditioning and hot oil treatments a must
moisturize, moisturize, moisturize
less products on my hair
drink more water and take my vitamins.
set hair goals and aim for it-1st goal-
shoulder length
More is coming in the future

To be consistent with my regime. I just re discovered co washing..so I will be doing that daily. I want to be more dependent on a healthy diet instead of hair vitamins. No heat etc...

1-to not obsess over the length of my hair, because it IS growing
2-to protect my hair even when i'm not sleeping in my own dorm
3-Avoid flat ironing every week

You don't need a digital camera to keep progress of your hair but it's more convient. I just got a digital camera for christmas befoe I was using a regular camera.

To continue learning about my hair, and to meet my goals!
I like the rollerset! Great Job! I can't seem to get my rollerset right but I tend to get lazy as I'm doing it/ What you do different on the third attempt?

1. Keep my ends moisturized constantly
2. Wear buns 90% of the time (constantly protecting my ends)
3. Conditioner Wash More (Conditioner Wash 3x a week - Shampoo once a week)
4. Rollerset, Rollerset, Rollerset
5. Dominican Salon once a month for progress hair length photo
6. Work on my Hair Album

1. Keep my hair MOISTURIZED!!! i'm starting off on a bad foot already b/c it feels dry right now because i'm out of leave-ins :ohwell:
2. EXERCISE to increase hair growth
3. FOLLOW MY REGIMEN, that's all there is to it
4. ROLLERSET WEEKLY. I need to learn how.
5. Dust ends every 2 months to minimize trimming.
6. REACH ULTIMATE HAIR GOALS

Thanx Liz!

1. Exercise to help with my hair's growth
2. Eat healthier...especially foods high in protein
3. Keep up with my regimen
4. Stop trying out new products and to stick to what is originally working for me.
5. Start dusting more often
6. Continue with my water intake

to have healthy hair
to wear buns more often
to airdry more frequently
to limit the flatiron to no more than 1x monthly

Sport weaves & braids for maximum growth all throughout 2006. My wash n' go's are great, but I need to expose less hair to the elements. I'll kick it off next week with my usual 3 mth weave!

For 2 yrs I've already been in the habit of:

-Trimming once a year
-Moisturizing
-Using all products I have (have purchased under 10 hairproducts in 2005)

Lessons I've learned:

-Stopped relaxing 2x a year...led to overprocessing because you couldn't tell where the new growth began. When my hair is relaxed, you can't tell unless it's blown straight becuz I texturize. Back to touch-ups 3x a year.
-Time to get back to more protective hairstyles & with less exposure.

1. to finally get my natural hair in a ponytail- it is supercurly with shrinkage so i can't do this unless i blowdry it.

2. continue to maintain the health of my hair and keep this split ends away

3. exercise- gots to be done.

4. to grow my hair without protective styling- i think this can be done and i want to prove it to myself.

Keeping heat to a minimum
Take my vitamins daily
Increase my protein
Eat Healthy & Excercise
Protective Styles
