New Hair Vitamin

Yesterday, I was reading the naturally curly post and one of the members made a refrence at growing their hair out. Someone had mention a vitamin(s) that comes in almost like a pack of three except brought seperately and I can't quite remember what it's called and i would find out but my computer is acting a lil slow and i don't have the patience lol i know i'm doing real bad. I used to take them, save yourself alot of money just go to the health food store and buy essential amino acids, liquid vitamin B-12 , thaht's the equivalent of HF 37 and take some vitamin C too that helps every other vitamin get absorbed into the body. I'm using this instead HF 37 now.
