Hey everyone! Newbie here... I've been working it out since earlier this week. So far, I've done a co-wash with CON (purple label)-air dried and put African Royale Daily Doctor and ORS olive oil on it. I haven't brushed it either. I've been wearing comb-smoothed ponytails. My hair hasn't felt this good in a long time (as you can see in my signature, I had previously crunchy hair). :smirk:
It's been 9 weeks since my last perm and I believe I'm going to get one next week. The problem I have is with my roots/ new growth. I have trouble combing through it. I'm supposed to comb it right? I read on another thread that you shouldn't comb it, but if I don't, won't it get matted? Could you please recommend something that will soften it? Thank you so much for your help in advance. :yep:

I think most ladies only comb it when they wash/ conditoner their hair. It's easier to get through that way.
