Hey ladies, i have finally put together a photo album, it isnt much but its a start and i am proud of my progress so far. I started in June and will be adding those pics this week and i gained 2 1/2 inches thus far. I really dont know exactly what did it but im sure just being a bit more aware of so many things thanks to LHCF did the trick. So i want to thank EVERYONE who has posted pics, inspiring words and progress because it has changed my outlook on hair care forever.

No, if you see the random pics in my fotki i went and dyed the front center part of my hair honey blonde in November of last year and it reeked havoc on my hair, it was dry and breaking in that area, so i tried to cover it with jet black semi perm color but it would come right out a few weeks later, so i finally used Bigen about a month ago and that did the trick, my natural hair color is a dusty looking brown color that i hate.

Thanks again ladies, i still feel its not as healthy as it could be im still losing a lot of hair when washing and i guess its always been like that but since now im more aware of my hair it seems like i lose to much hair. but im still trying to figure out what products to use for my hair what works for me.
