What's a good neutralizing shampoo that I can use after I perm my hair at home?

There's soo many but definitely one with a color indicator. May i ask which relaxer will you be using? Or you could go with one that's the same as your relaxer.

Motions has a neutralizing "conditioner" that is really good. I use it whenever I have to self-relax.

I think a few others have used it too with good results..

I also encourage a color change signal shampoo..The salon uses their SILK ELEMENTS neutralizer then my ISOPLUS which changes color when all relaxer is out.

Profectiv Neutralizing mousse--All you have to do is smooth on(so that there is minimal manipulation), let is sit for 5 mins, rinse, repeat process. It has a color indicator and it also acts as a chelator since I removes mineral deposits.

I use ISOPLUS it's great because it has a color indicator alarm and it's cheap about 1.20 @ Sally's.

I love my mizani butter blends neutralizing and chelating shampoo. It is a color indication shampoo and acts to remove mineral buildup as well. I like the smell too. It smells like baked goods before you bake them. kind of like cake batter.

I am researching perms - lye or no lye. I did see Isoplus at the store but wanted recommendations from you ladies first.

I've used this in the past. I like it especially for the color indicator.
