The damage done to my hair was caused by using too much gel often, weaves, and tight ponytails.

Protein- for rebuilding and fortifying the hair

Joico Kpak
Duo Tex
Dudleys Hair Rebuilder- doesn't get much press here but good stuff
Nexxus Emergencee

Moisture- gotta keep your hair balanced with both to get best results

ORS replenishing- a good mix of protein and moisture
Kenra MC

Agree with the first and third...haven't tried Keracare yet, but these are excellent suggestions.

What you ladies think about the Organic Stimulator Hair Mayonnaise? Has this worked to hinder breakage and promote growth for anyone?

I have also not seen any dominican deep conditioners mentioned, are these conditioners over rated or just hard to come by?

I love Aveda Damage Remedy Treatment, it's the best at turning damaged hair around. I also like ORS Replenishing Pak a lot.

I really really love Paul Mitchell Super Charged Moisturizer and Redken All Soft Heavy Cream.

My HOLY GRAIL is Aussie Moist. I could not LIVEEEEEEE without this conditioner
