Nature bounty Biotin 5000

Is this a good brand of biotin, the reason I purchased it because it was buy one get one at walgreens.

I've never tried this brand before...I use the Rexall brand...but keep us posted on this brand. Maybe some more ladies will come in here later and give some more info on this brand soon.

One question: have you used biotin before? The reason why I ask is because that's an extremely high dosage and I have read where some members had suffered from acne problems with the higher dosage biotin. You may want to start off lower if you're new to biotin. Other than that I don't see anything wrong with the brand.
