The way that has worked for me in the past is a pressing comb, however I will probably have a hair dresser do that for me twice a year when my hair is longer, much longer. Until then I would say in a year or so from now depending on my hair progress, I will rollerset it and then do the saran wrap...and see how long that last...

Flat iron with Redken Heat Glide or Chi Silk Infusion. I wear it loose and straight for a day or two and then wash so I can have my curls back.

Coconut oil, air dry, flat iron, silk scarf.

Simple, huh? :D

And no sweating or humidity

This is about what I do too, but the I use a heat protectant first and the coconut oil after the press. At night, I put in a ponytail and loosely wrap the ends (which are treated with Mizani Night Time Treatement) and tie on a scarf or I wrap my hair with the Mizani on the ends and tie with a scarf.

what has been working for me lately was putting a little castor oil in my conditioner. i have been noticing that my hair stays straight longer. :D
you have to be careful not to put too much as to not weigh your hair down though. i also ordered aveda's hang straight but i dont think it will keep straight for as long as castor oil....thats what i'm predicting anyway:)
