Can you please tell me how your hair likes or dislikes ceremides? I know my relaxed hair is in love, but I'd like to educate myself further as I learn to take better care of my hair.

I'm not natural but I am 8 months post is that mean anything. *shrug* Here what I get:
- Retains moisture longer, better
- Retains protein, longer better
- No more breakage (seriously).
- No more knots. (I do get a few SSK but they are ALWAYS my shed hair)
- Hair is easier to comb (that's an understatement)
- Hair has more shine
- Nape and edges are retaining length
- Dry ends/Split ends have been greatly reduced. My relaxed ends were always dry. My edges are natural (impatience
) and my ends are doing great. - Hair has more elasticity
- My favorite
My natural hair went from feeling like soft cotton to have a more satin like texture. The pattern is still the same, but my hair feels satin, but it still has texture. That's the best I can describe it.

been using ao products for yrs....my hair loves them. i tried co-washing with tresemme naturals for about a month and couldn't put my finger on why my hair was frizzy and my twistouts wouldn't hold up.....i was missing ceramides....so now i add wgo to my co-wash too. i haven't gotten any build-up or anything my hair is so soft and easy to detangle. i agree with everything that op said above^^^^ as i've had similar results with shine and such.
