I bought some of this stuff at Compare Foods and the label is all in spanish. It is a leave in but how exactly should I use it? I know around here we don't always go by the manufacturers suggested use(which I can't read anyways)

My hair is relaxed too. Please help me use this because I remember that HUGE thread we had on the benefits of ceremides on relaxed hair. please help me out.

I believe sedal leave in is for use after washing before styling or before rollersetting...like a regular leave in condish

Thanks. I just noticed an additional english typed out looking label on the bottle. For some reason I am scared to try it, but I may use it when I do a twist set, something that wont involve heat or manipulation.

Oh btw, is it possible to use too many leave-in conditioners at one time?
