Okay so I have been a little lazy these past couple of days. I workout a lot. I co wash my hair at night moisturize detangle gently then seal. Smooth my hair down and apply a silk scarf overnight. In the morning since it is still flattened I just put add some moisturizer and put a head wrap on and continue with my day. Am I setting myself up for failure? What do you do when you for maintenance while working out? I'm in this discovery stage and I'm trying out things to see if it will work for me.
