Naturals that no poo

With a clarifying shampoo approximately every six weeks. I'm not strictly no-poo though--I'm modified CG. Especially in winter, I use heavier butters and creams that can produce some product build-up even though they're cone-free, so I need to clarify infrequently. I also use a sulfate free poo ever other week or so.

Some folks use baking soda and/or lemon to clarify, but a sulfate shampoo used infrequently seems okay for my hair.

I clarify after I take my braids out or every six weeks (as needed). Or, if I don't need a strong clarification, then I can just use a moisturizing shampoo which clean the pretty well...I do this about every three weeks or as needed

I clarify by mixing about a teaspoon of baking soda into my conditioner, and then washing my hair with that, about once a month - usually shortly before I henna my hair.

how do u clarify ur hair?
Thanx
ACV rinse every 1-2 months or when I remeber, my hair's a little on the thick side so product bulid up really isn't a problem for me. I don't use shampoo anymore it's been just over a year now, I don't even have any in my closet.
But if CW only is extreme have you heard about water only washes? Some ladies on LHC have tried this for a month to test it, but they rinse more often like daily weekly but heres the article that started it. I may try it for a month in the summer when I can rinse daily.
