I do L.A.Z.Z.Y:grin:

My regimen doesnt really stay the same, i usually switch up products or try new products..since i am a product junkie:lachen:

Most days:
Co-wash 5+ days a week
::When i co-wash i either bun or wear my hair out.
Deep Condition 1x a week..at least i try too:look:
Shampoo bi-weekly or once a month
**Im going to be adding in some ayurvedic products pretty soon!

STYLES:
Wash n` go: I apply conditioner, let it stay in for at least 10min.
When i rinse i try to rinse all but maybe 30% out. I shake my hair upside down in the shower so that i can get some nice clumpage and curls(BTW i do not detangle for my WnGs).

Twist: Most times my twist only last 2-3dys, but recently with the help of AfroVeda products my twist lasted 5 DAYS! It usually takes me 2hrs+ to twist my hair. After i take the twist out, i usually wear it like that for a day.

Bunning: Pretty self explanatory:lachen: But i only do wet buns, i detangle in the shower(with loads of condish) with my Deman D4. I love IC gel(green one) although i do have to use more then others. Also KCCC is pretty good too. I just cannot wait until my hair gets longer so that i can do more exciting things with my buns:yep:

What i listed is what i usually do, other things like banding, rollerset(s), bantu knot-outs..i only do occasionally. My hair isnt long at all so i try to keep it simple until i get some TRUE length!

I wanted to update to say I WON'T be taking yellow shea butter out of my regimen. I do love the hair milk, but it's more of an "activator", it doesn't give my hair that cotton feel that I like. So I will still use the shea butter for softness, and the hair milk will help me control my hair.

I follow a regi similar to RusticBeauty on YT. I wash once per week if hair is loose and ~day 10 if in twists or braided style. Wash with Nourishspa; DC (have been using Silk Elements Megasilk) for however long b/w 30mins-2 hours, rinse out DC; add Nourishspa conditioner, detangle, and re-twist in shower. Then towel dry and add either my shealoe mix or a creamy leave-in and seal with castor oil to each shower twisted section. Then I divide the shower twists by 2-3 and braid to airdry.

I do an Aphogee 2 min when needed. I usually spritz with a water, aloe, EVOO mix and keep twisted.

5. As of this week I have started putting coffee in all my mixes and MY I AM IMPRESSED- IT HELPS WITH SHEDDING LIKE NOTHING ELSE! Garlic reduced the shedding. Coffee seems to have eliminated it (I am hoping- washed yesterday and for the first in ages- no shedding). Keeping my fingers crossed it continues.
Coffee?? never heard of using that. My hair sheds ALOT like i don't think it's normal. How can i use coffee without all the ayuvedic stuff?

You can just use it as a rinse or the dissolved granule (in a little hot water) in you conditioner. It really works for me. I used it a few years before. I used to buy a coffee spray but stopped using it after my bald spot grew back. When I started shedding excessively again I decided to use regular coffee instead of the expensive coffee spray. I use it everyday.

Also, every GNC I've ever been to carries grapeseed oil, sweet almond oil, and jojoba oil (the Now brand).

I'm officially putting grapeseed oil on my "wish list". I also heard good things about it being used a facial moisturizer in the skincare forum, and that it's pretty cheap. Can't WAIT to try it! :yep:

Nothing educational to add. Just wanted to say this is now my favoritest (yeah, I said it!!!) ever. Y'all will never see me in the other forums again....until tomorrow:grin:

Seriously, guys. you all are awesome. thank you for sharing.

I'm not sure if I ever posted my regimen. It's more or less ...

*Prepoo, wash, condition weekly
*Seal/moisturize after the wash
*Twist every 3-4 weeks
*IN THE SUMMER: I wash/cowash 2x a week

My staples are Coconut Oil (for prepoo, moisture), Whipped Shea Butter (shea, coconut oil, evoo, essential oils), and V05. I recently dropped Creme of Nature as a shampoo; experimenting with Hair One.
