hey ya'll , my 4a/b hair is very thick and DENSE. And i am not sure if one pak would do it. Right now i have 6 paks but i still don't think that would be enough. please help!!!

I normally use 1 whole pack. My hair currently is 1/2 an inch below shoulder length. The trick is to part your hair in sections, apply a quarter size amount (or two quarter-sized amounts) and comb it through your hair with your shower comb (I use Mecbo) for even distribution. This treatment is very moisturizing and you'll find a little goes a long way! Your hair will feel soft and silky afterwards - please post your results/initial reaction.

how long is your hair? I like to saturate my hair when I do dc tx. If I am thinking of the right product:http://www.hairz.com/Merchant2/merchant.mvc?Screen=PROD&Store_Code=346569&Product_Code=5400
then I used to buy this stuff by the tub. About 3 yrs ago I would use about 1/4 to 1/2 cup mixed with coconut oil and honey. I use a lot to make sure that my hair is SATURATED! I have fine hair, thin strands, and it's not that dense.

Girl, that's more than enough! I only use 1. I thought that I would have to start using 2 as my hair grew, but so far, 1 is still fine.

1 pack is just enough for me. I have about 4-5 inches around now. My hair is very dense as well. When I first BC'd with a TWA, I could use 1/2 pack.

thick head here!

co-signing with sectioning. i make it stretch by detangling first with vo5 then apply the ORS to each section then brush that through.

if i used it alone, i'd definitely run short by the time i got to the back napps.

I have thick hair it's about bsl when straight I use 1 1/2 -2 packs.
1 doesn't coat my hair the way I like.

I only use one pack. As stated before, the key is to section the hair, so that every strand can get some. But if you feel thats not enough, then go for two, but that should be more than what you need.

Ladies, I find that the number of packs i use depend on the shampoo. If i use a clarifying shampoo like ORS olive oil or Nexxuss Aloe Rid, i will need 1.5 packs. When I use Cream of Nature shampoo, i can use 1 pack and it applies evenly.
