I gotcha on all the bolded and I do agree that styling hair period is time consuming no matter natural, texturized, texlaxed or relaxed. From my personal texturizing experience it only allowed my product to absorb better and density alleviation.

Now I got a question WTH is texlaxed? Cuz from where I'm standing/viewing Texlaxed looks like a conk aka David Ruffin permed in Dtexed avatar. :lachen:

Umm that's me in the avatar, not David Ruffin!:lachen::lachen:That is actually my natural hair, not texlaxed. My texlaxed hair is not bone strait. It makes stying it hard for me. My hair actually does much better texturized. It took less time and product for my wash n gos. I'm going to go back to light texturizing when I BC. TJ3 your pic with the 2 ducks and kitty made my day!

Ummmmm........what happened up in here?

Anyway, OP it doesnt really matter if you tex or not it will still take out a lil chunk of your time to deal with. I have 3 small children (5,4 and 6 months) and I also have no time to spend on hair. This is what I do: put my hair in small twists that last me a month. I have had these same twists (in my advatar) in for 3 weeks now and I must admit, they still look GREAT!!!!! :look: I put it in a ponytail and sometimes in a bun. There is a lot to be done with twists/braids so you wont get bored. I HTH!
